Senior project day 6
Saturday May 15th, 2021 9:50pm (3 hours of work today)
This morning we had an early start to our day at 8:00am. We did cardio this morning before we headed in to stretch roll out since we were pretty tight. After that we headed back to get some work done. We first planned for our workout on Monday, which will be leg day. After that we tried to plan on how we would go about putting together our plan which we will start doing next week. We finished doing that at around 11am. It was a bit of a shorter day than normal today because we had to get ready for our games today which were earlier than normal. We will just have to do some extra work to catch up next week.
