Senior project day 7
Monday May 17th, 2021 6:43pm (4 and a half hours of work today)
Today was the start of week 2 of senior project! We started our day at 8:30 this morning. We started the week with a leg workout because we found last week that leg workouts made us more sore than others and we want to make sure we are not sore for games. After that we went back to do some research. We started by planning an upper body workout for tomorrow. After that we went back to finishing up some research on nutrition. We took a break for lunch at 11:30 then did some more research from 12 to 1:30 when we ended our day.
