Senior project day 5

 Friday May 14th, 2021 9:38pm (4 hours of work today)

Today we started our day at the gym at 8:30am again. We did an ab workout that took about an hour. After that we met with our mentor, Rachel, to talk about what we had gotten done this week. After that we took a break for some starbucks and then lunch. After that we spent 2 hours doing some more research. We looked into why certain food groups are important to gaining muscles. We ended the day at 2 before our sports.
