Senior project day 3

 Wednesday May 12th, 2021 9:47pm (3 and 1/2 hours of work today)

Today we began our third day of senior project at 8:30am. Today was a recovery day, so we did some yoga! We used a youtube video to guide us through some yoga. It was a nice way to relax, but also get in some good work with stretching. After that we planned for our lower body workout for tomorrow before taking a break for lunch at 11am. After lunch we picked back up with some research from yesterday. After about an hour of research we finished for the day at 12:30pm before heading to sports.
