Senior project day 2

Tuesday May 11th, 2021 7:50pm (4 hours of work today)

At 8:30 this morning Rachel B and I started our day by rolling out and stretching. After that we got into our workout for the day which was an upper body workout, which took about an hour. Once our workout was over we checked in with Rachel M and talked about our plan for the day. After a quick break we started our research and looked into what our plan would be for our yoga day tomorrow. Once we were all set with our plan for tomorrow we took a break for lunch. After lunch we looked into the 5 components of physical fitness. We made sure that we were covering all of them in our workouts planned for the work and looked into how each is important to overall fitness and ended our day at 1:30.
